lack of consideration uncomfortable resolution tactics

i was not pleased that my request for an additional room key for my companion was met with a suggestion i retrieve it myself. i found this showed a lack of consideration. the staff seemed more focused on immediate reviews than addressing overall service issues.. this made me uncomfortable.

excellent location helpful staff great value

I loved the hotel's location, very close to the old town and the night market. The staff were helpful. They were always ready to assist with any request. The value for money was excellent. It.

The breakfast area could get a little crowded during peak hours, slightly noisy.

The room included a spacious balcony and a large, comfortable bed. It was great. The bathroom featured luxurious fixtures.

The pool was long enough for good swimming and included comfortable sun beds. Towels were readily available. It made relaxing by the pool very easy and convenient. Elevators were quick. They made accessing the top floor simple.

The breakfast buffet had a good choice of Asian and European options. The variety was appreciated. The staff cleared tables and topped up the buffet quickly. The coffee was great!!!

The location was acceptable. It was a short walk to the historic area.

The breakfast hours were inconvenient. Breakfast ended too early. i found it difficult to. ordering breakfast to the room incurred extra charges as room service, unlike other hotels where breakfast extends until 10:00 or 10:30 am.

The breakfast buffet offered a large choice of foods. The beds were comfortable. The pool was good. The cooking class that the hotel booked for me with Mr Cu was fantastic.

The room was a bit small.
